@djdjerojr Nee hoor. Er is helemaal geen europees LZV verdrag. Nog niet. Wel kan het zo zijn dat er meer landen zijn die er onafhankelijk van elkaar mee aan het experimenteren zijn. Pas op 1 november dit jaar (2011) loopt de experimentele fase in Nederland officieel af. Grensoverschrijdend verkeer met LZV's kennen we nog niet. Kijk maar op Rijksoverheid.nl.
