He's by far one of the most underrated drummers in rock over the last 25 years.

Why's everyone so down on WVH. He's not a bad bassplayer at all. He does the job of supporting the band perfectly. VH doesn't need a Les Claypool or Victor Wooten.

Alex is prob the coolest one in the band. I know that smile is sincere. Not faked at all. Good to see.

The kid can play bass better than I can, but I could screw his mom way better than his dad ever could .
-
but can he sing like Mike Anthony ? because Michael Anthony high voice was essential for backing vocals!!!

that kid sucks, he has a long way to go to be a real bass player. right now, he is no better that any VH fan who can, kind of, pluck a few strings here and there on the bass. He looks like he doen't even want to be there playing anything. But his daddy is forcing him.

reverse base drum mitosis lol
insannne!

thats probably the biggest smile anyone has seen on alex in the last 15 years...

This is pretty bad, and to say he is ridiculous is simply wrong. Even at the age of 16, he should be playing a lot better than this, and now at 20, he is still not very good. There are thousands of other much more talented young bass players in the world that could of improved Van Halen instead of hindering it by barely scraping by with a 3 note bass line.

@codyjt5150 Yeah, I first started playing out live when i was that age. 1st gig, I thought i was gonna either shit my pants or throw up. Luckily, I did neither. With each gig afterwards it got better and better. Loved it 2 songs into my second gig. First gig, I just wanted to get it over with.
Hey, look, he's not fantastic, and Mike Anthony deserves better after all his years with the band, and the roll he played with the band, but he's not exactly great either. Chill, this was pretty good, and he was only like 16 when this was recorded. As for his lack of stage presence, once again, he's 16. His dad, uncle, and David Lee Roth had time to develop their stage presence back before they got famous, whereas Wolfgang starts out playing these huge shows to thousands of people.
