@Zenidog14 Thank you! I transcribed it myself. if you want the actual chords of the song its Verse: Gm, Fmaj....Chorus: Fmaj,Cmaj,Dmin,A# , Break: Dmin, Cmaj, Fmaj, A# .... but we played it a half step down :) hope this helps.
