The Central City Lady Phantoms midget division cheerleaders competing at USA Regional competition @ Sonoma State University on November 15, 2009. They ROCKED IT OUT and brought back 3rd place!! Way to go Lady Phantoms...2009 IS OUR YEAR!!

Basically, just because you're a captain, doesn't mean you're that great.

Captains should be about setting a good positive example.. you wouldn't want people saying your team sucked if they had a video up of a routine they've worked really hard at. And if you did watch Bring It On, you would see that NOT ALL captains are good.. Remember BIG RED?? She totally brought the squad down.. Maybe you didn't learn anything from the movie..

The past is the past. Its about what's happening now.. I am surprised you are a "captain." If your way of spreading cheer and a good name to cheerleading is by putting other teams down.. (teams that placed fairly...) then I question your captain methods.. Shouldn't this be about promoting cheerleading??? Not putting others down..........
