I never had Bison but i'm dying to try it.
Best of all, there is a guy breeding Bison Buffalos, in Germany, very close to where i live..... I should check him out! Hope he's still in business....

@JoeHell67 ...definately agreed, perfection takes patience, as for the bison... get ready for more bison vids, we filmed 3 that week, ...bison is to beef, as boar is to pork,... 10 times tastier, i highly reccommend, i got mine from a breeder in NY
