Lucien Jack[2] is a British singer from Kettering, Northamptonshire who has had success largely in Continental Europe[3]. He has recorded under the names Hun, Jack Lucien and Lucien.



Solo Music
In 2004, under the name Hun he released his first single Gone Before It Happens under the Spanish record label O'Clock Music. It was released on July 25, 2004[4]. In 2006, he returned with the name Lucien and released an EP What You Said To Me.... The only single was It's Unconditional and it managed to achieve mild success in the Austrian Airplay chart[5]. In 2008, he released his debut album New 80s Musik. The only single was "Rasputin" which managed to climb to number 69 on the UK iTunes Pop Single Chart. A different version of the album was released in Russia in April 2009, featuring different songs and remixes. I'm Not Afraid was the only single from this album, managing to get Top 10 in the Russian Airplay Chart.

His 2nd album as Jack Lucien, EuroSceptic, was released on the 26th October 2009. The first single was Saturday (I Don't Care) [6][7]. It was released on the 28th September 2009, and due to low promotion has not charted in any country. I'm Not Afraid and an English version of Marxaré are included as album tracks [8].

From 2010 he will concentrating on work of television. However there are the plans to support of his quest to world peace to release his fantastic album Eurosceptic for free of charge on his website in May. This will be accompanied by 5 new songs, including a single, Hook U Up, which will be accompanied with his first music video since 2004's Promo song Handful of Poastres.

Songwriting
Jack will be writing new music on the new album by German beautiful girl group Monrose.


Jack Lucien shall be appearing on singer Soraya Arnelass 5th album on a track composed and produced by Lucien, to be released in 2010 [9].

Eurovision
In October 2008, the singer stated that he was in talks to represent Andorra in the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest[10]. His song, Marxaré, was pulled out by the singer just before the Andorran Finals to select their entrant [11]. It was released without any promotion on the 4th of May 2009. After the 1st Eurovision Semi-final it crept into the Swedish iTunes Top 100.

Further Activities
He is a multi linguist and puts his vision of world peace in his songs with corperating of foreign languages (especially of Spanish, Catalan and Russian) into his music.

According to an interview with EscTime in 2008[citation needed], he has been studying Spanish and Russian at the University of Nottingham since 2006.

As well as being a singer, Jack has frequently appeared on T4, performing Rasputin in May 2008, and appearing on the show Je Suis Un Rockstar in August[12].

He is a classical musician, and has performed classical guitar in various ensembles. In 2008, he performed with the Barents Dance Troup, joining them on both their Russian [13] and Scandanavian tours [14].

In November 2009, Jack made his acting debut in Ghetto (play) at New Theatre (Nottingham), playing The Hashid [15].
