i got a question i read the how to but i dont got a PIC programmer and i cant make one id it posible to flash this with a psp homebrew ore flash it rue usb ore anything else then the PIC programmer plz help!

I have a question. How do you flash the chatpad? I'm really having trouble with this. And can you use a USB to RS232 converter as a serial port for PIC programming to flash the chat pad??

I would love to get this working. I saw this on PS2Dev before I saw the video.
