They are the exact opposite of those crap filled machines that run the crap filled O.S. WINDOWS!!!! I can't stand using Windows. It's complete junk to me. And I'm no stuck up snob. @897doc only reason i would get a macbook is if i edit/create music, edit/create GOOD short films or movies (movie editing can be done on pc with third party programs, however i will admit macs kick pcs butt in that category), and MAYBE if your using it for college (some fields will need some friends will do just as if not better on pc), otherwise i couldnt see why people would want one, except to brag to there friends they got one or because there stupid.

@897doc My mom owns a $1000 macbook, my siblings own $300 ipod touches (4th gen.), they both BLOW compared to my cheap $400 laptop and my $100 android phone that comes with the same amount of memory. 32GB. And the best part is, its not "30.8GB" like there itouches. Mines comes with about 34GB so i ACTUALLY get 32GB and it not be taken up by some parts of the OS. Umad?
