The English wife apparently caused the great master to both lose weight and gain popularity. If there is a better fighting master of the internal martial arts on this side of the international date line, I would be interested to find out who that person is. In addition, Sifu Frantzis' mind is as clear as his body is quick. His book, "The Power of the Internal Martial Arts," is, in a word, brilliant. You may not want to like him, but if you love the martial arts, it is hard not to love him.
