I've never heard of a "fake" Hmong skirt. Everything about the outfit looks Hmong to me. Its just the fact that the person who put the outfit on her didn't do it correctly. That's all. So people need to stop being so stubborn. We should all be proud that these Lao women actually cared enough to wear a Hmong outfit cause they obviously didn't have to but they did. :)
