Iceberg lettuce is said to be bad for reptiles only because there is little to no nutritional content in it its mainly water and moisture therefore your reptile will just simply get the runs, Romaine and dark greens are good and nutritional, hope that helps

cannasuer is full of it, thoes led lights suck. think anout it...we have t5 lights that are just as cool and put out lumans, i dont see any luman rating for leds.. its just a fad.
