This is a touching video showing the homeless people, but if the viewer notices at 1:20 to 1:23, the cop toward the left that is antagonizing the homeless person under the bridge should be required to be in better physical shape. His physical posture is an absolute disgrace to the uniform, and it should be against regulations. Shame on Largo Police Department for such display of slovenly appearance.
