why can they just call or put a note on the possible suspect's door saying you have a warrant! .. it would be much easier.... last time a us marine died because of this, he thought they were breaking into his house and the marine had a shotgun and search and died.. so sad.

glad it happened to the mayor if it had to happen to someone. He has the resources to fight this and make it more well known.
