The superbike is the fastes bike with a spped near to 400kmph. But the fastest allarround car is the SSC Aero, if you see the Arero is near 464kmph.

Is in the custom race mode. If you see I choose 7 SSC Aeros and left them go ahead me, later I go behind them and acelerate full few meters behind these cars. And then get 460+kmph... In this way I was able to try the top speed of almost any car in PGR4. The turbo bike is near 400kmp, the, Modified Corvette (Hammer?) is 400+, and many other cars show the top possible speed before the engine "shoot down" by itself. If you look the gear number you can see at 6th gear became red.
