Its strange that those who call to the scholars today dont really know what they scholars say. The scholars of the past and present say that it is clear kufr if a ruler makes laws contrary to the laws of Allah. Maybe the unaware people who call to scholars cant see the difference between ruling and legislating and dont even understand the fatwas and interpretations of scholars of the past and present make.

@kawaiigardiner it was the shia of kufa who killed Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him), he was advised by the companions such as ibn umar (may Allah be pleased with him) not to go to kufa but he was deceived by their false promises. To promote the good you must have knowledge of the good, and all praises are to Allah there are many scholars today who command the good and forbid the evil,it is clear that rebelling against the rulers creates a worst evil as was seen with iraq falling to the shia

@evilheem Even if there is endemic corruption between the powers and the scholars? How do you explain the heroic battle against Yazid? Yazid, the tyrant, drunkard, pedophile, torturer, killer of Muhammad's family etc. and yet Muslim scholars stood idly by saying "better a 70 year tyranny than 1 day of fitnah!". Come on, you either prohibit the bad and promote the good or just simply pack up your bags and go home. Either Islam is a reforming force or it is used to prop up the corrupt status quo.

@kawaiigardiner no, rebellion is against islam, Muhammed (peace be upon him) only destroyed the idols at makkah when he was in control of makkah, i.e he didn't destroy the idols when he received prophet-hood. It is for the muslims to listen to the scholars even if it goes against the desires, as the scholars are the people of knowledge and know the rulings of islam unlike me and you. If the scholars accept the ruler as a legitimate ruler than so should you, this is the way of the salaf

@evilheem Using that logic then Muhammad should never have started his ministry because it was an act of rebellion against the status quo - it is ok to accept the status quo as long as it is the 'Islam' that you like and the scholars are saying things that you like?

@dawahworks Why no response akhi?
-
@dawahworks open disbelief
-
@evilheem What does "Kufr Buwah" mean to you dear fellow layman?
-
@dawahworks your speech is in error and this is a great mistake, you speak bad of the kingdom of Saudi and slander their scholars and verily you are leading people away, it is for you to fear Allah and not engage in such talk, the muslim scholars have never authorised the rebelling against the rulers, never! It is not for you to talk in such manners without knowledge, Fatwa should only be given by the ulama not by some layman who doesn't comprehend the understanding of deen, fear Allah akhi

Sure Mr. EVIL.
