@xDitrix there are no magents my friend. Both ends are burned to prevent frayed edges.

since when the ends turn black/silver? if you look closly you can see the magnets no wonder you when back a little.

@xDitrix if u burn cotton it becomes black. And you couldn't be anymore incorrect. As i stated, there are no magnets, its all slight of hand. (And simple slight of hand if i do say so myself)

@xDitrix He just explained very clearly that the ends are burned to prevent fraying, which is where the black comes from. You seemed to completely ignore what he said. I know a little about rope magic and I can tell you that all of this is possible with nothing more than two hands and some normal, unprepared rope. No magnets needed. MagicMaddy, next time try dipping the ends in glue and let it dry overnight or for something quicker, melt candle wax and dip the ends in the wax. No black.
