My favorite pairing is Link & Impa. But it really pisses me off that people haven't really expanded their horizons and tried something different and new.

I'm writing a fiction over at fanfiction. net for Link/Impa (It is a retelling of OOT with a ton of twists to be added.) and so far, I only go tone review on it. I understand that allot of people really love the classic and cliche Link/Zelda, but seriously, do something different already. Good video!

Zelda is the best for link! The others such as Malon, Ilia, saria, and nabooru I can only see as his friends. And as much as i luv midna, she is a different being in a different world and plus she shattered the mirror. The godesses I can't even imagine with link because....... Well the r not human beings. And don't get me started about ruto! She has always given me the creeps and her and link together makes me want to vomit.

Her age was never told, I suposed that by the fact she looks older than the around twenty aged girls in the game (Zelda, Malon, the cucco lady, etc.) And about the relatonships in reality, I can say most of them are unhealthy. And I'm not just speculating, I know cases in my family...

@TheJazzer94 Many a good point, friend. But it doesn't mean we can't explore their feelings. And may I add, Impa was never given an official age, so Nintendo left that to our imagination. Allot of folks in this reality do the same thing, older by a decade or more marry someone much younger. Or older. Love has no rules, so we go by none. OoT Link may not of been destined to die with someone, but we still can explore his feelings, right?

@TheDarkLordLink First, the age gap. Even in Ocarina of Time, Impa is at least in her 30 while Link is still a kid. That is just in OoT, because in other games the difference is so big, it's actually of centuries. Apart of that, the sages cannot be related with the outside world(You know, what Saria and Ruto said. By this I'm not supporting MaLink or however you call it) And third, in both of timelines Link leaves Hyrule in one or other way. Maybe the Oot Link must be alone...

@D3THSCreaM It matters not. Appearances can be deceiving, as is proved by the Sheik war-gender which I do not wish to bring up my opinion about only as an example. As for the reply, I don't quite understand the last bit of your paragraph. Could you clarify? Impa may appear old, which could be said for her image misleading the people of Hyrule to believe she is in-fact an elderly warrior. Ocarina of Time was well known not only for the revolutionized design, but the illusions it came with.
