He caught alot of flack for doing this but it was the right thing to do to let Clinton talk. Alot of people seem to forget how bad things were from 2001-2008 and it takes an awful long time to clean up a mess and pay for wars and medicare part D that was simply taken off the budget. Supply side economics is a very horrible economic plan.

@fireking9934 Bill was not necessarily a better president than Obama, it was just that Obama had to pull the US economy out of the biggest recession since the great depression; so we all like to say we hate Obama for the slow economic growth but give him a break because he didn't start it and he prevented the economy from entering a new great depression.
