@Hermanvogel Thank you for your comment. Actually, the population is Sri Lanka is quite stable and has not grown for the past several years. These people can leave their difficult environment and move to the cities, but then we call them "slum dwellers". About they being "Morons" I would not like to comment.It is a matter of perception.
