Make sure you get good quality extension cords and remember to mount your ladder safely. To find everything you need, visit us at http://acehardware.com.
DO NOT tie off your extension ladder to your house gutters - they are not designed to hold it and may rip out as you fall to the ground. And DO NOT use bungie cords to tie off your ladder - they will not hold it. If you you need additional ladder security, use a ladder stabilizer, and ladder mitts at the top (Ace sells these). If you tie your ladder off, it needs to be to a secure anchor and with a secure strap, rope, or chain.
Do you know if I can put the old c-9 10 watt bulbs into the newer energy saver, fused sets? The one's that GE made with their energy saver sets, where the bulbs are only 7 watts a piece? If not, I will have to find a heavy duty set of sockets. Please let me know, if you know this?
Thanks for the great tips
