where did you got the floats mate?did you made them?

Cut them out of swimming pool noodles that usually come in long round sticks at walmart etc. Keep as light as possible, just cut slit in top for friction fit to skid and adjust forward / aft to get CG right on water.

Just buy real floats they work way better then a noodle
