@Gumbie2009 Check all you atf rules before you post. Because a device with less than 1/4 oz powder , is perfectlly legal as a wildlife control device.

Well you can use it but you will probablly not be happy with the outcome. Much weaker pop.

I buy my powder off of the internet because it's hard to get near my home. I don't think you need a license but you should checl with your local sherrif or sheif of police. Here is a tip if you order if off the internet buy several cans wheither you but 1 or 10 thaer is a hazmat fee of roughlly 20 bucks
