Or it could be as personal as wishing for your particular obstacles, like your jealousy, your addiction - things like that - to dissolve, so that you could help people better, or it could be something for your neighborhood. But in any case, behind it is the intention to want to benefit other people and benefit this world, and these intentions can have a powerful effect on the planet if enough of us do them, so I advise you to make your aspiration.

An aspiration is very similar to a wish, or a longing. In fact, it's similar to a prayer, except that in this case, you are not praying to anybody, but voicing your deepest wishes or longings for the benefit of the planet or other people; whatever that might be. It can be as vast as wishing for world peace, or that all beings awaken, (see part 2)
