That's Hong Kong English, it has a twang to it but grammar and sentence structure is correct most of the time. Singlish is broken English WITH a weird twang to it that's really grating to the ears.

Definitely he's a china man trying to speak cantonese & teach English at e same time... Singlish is a language tat only SINGAPOREANS can speak wif an accent. Those who hv been residing in s'pore I.e PRs shld b able to differentiate.
