Focus less on the negative things people attempt to put in your life ; Focus on anything that isn't positive, which you place upon others. Including yourself...we live our lives trying to keep people happy (including our physical body) and amidst that time period we abuse our souls by subjecting ourselves to going to unnecessary means to find some sort of instant gratification which we use as fuel for our day to day lives. This can be abolished by over-standing what "living in the moment" means.
