hi holly, what a great vid, thx for being so honest....its not playing fully for me so i may have missed what u said about wts - what wt would u recommend for someone who is reasonably fit? i can do intense cardio and strength intervals for 20 min or so without dying, so I am eager to try some reasonably challenging wts...

Although i never encourage female activity outside of the kitchen and bedroom, this lady actually knows what she's talking about, thumbs up.

Holly, I ran across this vid a month or so ago and I am TOTALLY going to start doing this as a post-baby workout. I can't tell you how much this vid has encouraged me AND my husband! Thanks a mil!

wow thanks for such a fast answer. I have a second question. I know that after RT you should give your body a day to rest, do you think on the rest days, pilates is too much?I love the way pilates make me feel but if I do RT and IT 3x a week with a day of rest between that doesnt give much time for it. Is RT and IT 3x week all you do to keep in shape or are you doing more, because it seems like to keep a body like yours you would have to do more? Thank you for the time and keep up the great work

@ummrania
Yes pilates is a fine activity to engage in.
And yes- I truly do not devote more than 90 min a week to my workout plan - if that. I just do not have the time and when you work out with intensity and increased strength is your goal - you do not have to.
More is not better. If you are going to do MORE of anything - devote more effort to cleaning up and tweaking your nutrition plan - this is where 75% + of your results come from.

You just kicked my butt....thank you! Do you always do your intervals after your strength training? While doing the mountain climber move, do you mean 15 on each side?

@ummrania
Thanks for asking - it all depends on my schedule. Sometimes I do - sometimes I rotate between RT and IT days.
15 on each side yes - so a total of 30 reps.
