Does this camera have a steady cam or some other type of image stabilization feature?

I have the MegXon V5600, It's nice as a webcam too but for some reason my tight and wide control no longer works. Only had it 4 months.

The panning seems a bit jittery. Is it the same straight onto the PC or is it just youtube downsizing it?
If only it had 60fps. Thanks and sorry to keep asking questions on your other videos.
