El ceviche peruano es típico de la gastronomía peruana tradicional en las costas del Pacífico.
Los ingredientes básicos de cualquier ceviche del Perú son: pescado blanco cortado en pequeños trozos, jugo de limón, cebolla roja en juliana, ajo y ají picados o molidos y sal, yo le agrego apio bien pequeñito, le da un sabor especial.
Para prepararlo, se mezclan en un depósito el pescado junto con los demás ingredientes, dejándolo marinar.
