On the day of the iPhone 4 launch, hundreds lined up at the Biltmore Fashion Park's Apple store to try and "get theirs."
Even if they weren't lucky enough to score one, they were lucky enough to score an iCrepe. A special Apple Crepe, with apples provided by Whole Foods, that Chef James Porter of Petite Maison cooked up fresh on-site to feed the starving crowd.
About 300 were served before the mall security came to bust up the guerilla effort.
@mochiman1 Although that suggestion is AWESOME, McIntosh apples weren't in abundance at the store we went to. Maybe it's a seasonal thing...

No Macintosh apples?! Disappointed, but that's pretty awesome.

love it James. What a great idea.

It is what it is...this is an advertising method for the restaurant. I like it. Creative, and simple. Low budget. Better than putting up a silly billboard, or having some looser 17 year old twirling a sign in front of your place for 8 hours in the 110 degree heat. Wish more businesses would put this much effort into their advertising.

What a waste of time, this isn't hilarious as some have mentioned
