Here's a demo of the SIMS 3 Xbox Live game for Windows Phone 7. It's similar to the iPhone and Android versions of the game, but adds Xbox Live acheivements and leaderboard support.

the Sims on anything other than a PC or mac is just advertisement so you would want the game and go spend money on the real thing.

@narutoanddbzrock Yes, the pinch-to-zoom feature works on the Windows Phone 7 version as well.
