Pizza Soup

Here are the ingredients you need:

Serves 8

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Pound Hot Italian Sausage
24 Large mushrooms, stems removed and thinly sliced (Sliced mushrooms)
1 (28 oz) can chopped tomatoes with their juice
1/2 pound pepperoni, thinly sliced and each slice cut in half
4 Garlic cloves, chopped
6 Green onions chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano (or dried equivalent)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary (or dried equivalent)
2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
8 cups beef stock
2 (10 oz) packages frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
Salta dn freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup romano cheese
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
