Air Quality Management District diddles with (worthy though it is, not amounting to squat compared to refineries) lawnmower exchange programs and with hospital diesel generators (they're FOR them) instead of confronting Big Oil, refineries, and auto emissions, the biggest single controllable pollution source, land, water and air.

AQMD ignores the idea, presented to them, of requiring hospitals to use BATTERY BACKUP and SOLAR ROOFTOP POWER instead of expensive grid electric and diesel backup.

  • Wow, if they had the power to regulate cars and trucks, the would, ise but as of now all they can do is advise

  • Wow, you were very well spoken. Thank you.

  • Really? how much was it! I was looking at a natural gas generator for roughly 2-3k. I would then get UPS on some things like computer, and tv for the sub-minute that it would take to kick on.

  • lucky ^_^

  • I have a battery backup that can power my home for roughly 42 hours and its instant!
