LOL, I hope you guys have done a little more research on this by now. Like - Don't move the needle in and out any while injecting to make sure you don't accidentally went through a vein. You want to aim for the outer upper quadrant of you butt cheek. Just go watch some steroid injection videos... tons of info there, those knuckleheads do 1-2 shots a day sometimes.
