READ DESCRIPTION FOR INSTRUCTIONS IN TEXT:
This is a tutorial on how to set up MCnostalgia. Made by Cyborg.

For people who struggle:
STEP 1: Go and download the Jar files and Mcnostalgia files under the forum post above.
STEP 2: Drag the zip files to the desktop. Extract the MCnostalgia (ONLY!) to a area, I recommend a folder.
STEP 3: Double click on your patches file, then double click on the version you want.
STEP 4: Click on the bin file under the mcnostalgia file you extracted.
STEP 5: Drag the class files from the patches file when you clicked on your version, then drag it into the bin file.
STEP 6: GO through MCnostalgia and then say "y" to everything. Go to patcher, and then it should patch.
STEP 7: Enjoy Minecraft to any version you have wished

  • When patching:

'ERROR: Checksum failed. Your minecraft.jar cannot be patched. Make sure you're using a fresh, unmodified copy of Minecraft'
