I used to do something like this with temporary tattoos. Also gives a cool effect, easy to come by and seems a little cheaper too!

@dlee3532 do you mean when it dries out? put the bottle into hot water for a few minutes and it should be liquid again ;)

this is so pretty! but can i just put the water decal (with the paper) on my nails and wet the back of it? just in case. i don't want to mess the thin design
