I've considered your ' arguments' invalid from the start but you do make me laugh. The last sentence in your last comment is a real hoot ! ' Jack Layton is hence innocent under federal jurisdiction' Ho ho ho. That's comedy gold ! I get you now. You really believe that Layton is guilty but you've been pretending that you believe that he's innocent to show everybody just how stupid a person who believes that Layton is innocent can sound. You probably voted for Harper. Ho ho ho

Do you know the exact reason why everything that you've written is rubbish ? It's because nothing that you've said acknowledges the possibility that Layton may very well have been guilty of more than just being found naked in a massage clinic. You declare that he's telling the truth without acknowledging the reasons that he would lie if it were true.Every excuse that you've come up with for Layton has had a gaping hole in it.
Do Jack Layton a huge favor and stop defending him

@westeightyone Oh, and by the way, do you know the exact reason why people are innocent until proven guilty? It's to prevent inquisitors like yourself from going around the country in your own political witch-hunts. After all, you don't need to prove to a higher authority that the person is guilty; the person is already guilty! Just burn them!

@westeightyone "2. I haven't been debating you. I've been destroying you."
From this moment forth, I will consider your arguments invalid unless you provide a court repeal to their previous decision.
In this free country called Canada, every person regardless of political backing, sex, or creed is pronounced innocent in the eyes of their fellow citizens, unless directly proven guilty within a court of law. Jack Layton is hence innocent, under federal jurisdiction.

The average voter doesn't have a law degree. A prosecutor's vote has no more value than a plumber's vote in an election. Voter's have seen criminals walk free who were found Not Guilty on a technicality. They're also aware that there are those who have committed crimes who have never been and never will be charged. There are only two verdicts : Guilty and Not Guilty in a court of LAW. Not Guilty and Innocent are not interchangeable.
2. I haven't been debating you. I've been destroying you.

Ha ha ha. Go ahead. ' Insult' away. A Canadian dullard with its head firmly planted up in its Canadian ass called me ' Sunshine'. Ho ho ho.
Thank you for calling my 'myopic bullshit' a credible source ( read what you write before you press send, moron )
The news of Layton getting caught naked in a bawdy house caused some people to change their mind about voting for Jack Layton. They judged him, found him guilty, and voted for someone else. That's the court of public opinion.
-
@westeightyone "Under law, Jack Layton wasn't charged."
I have tried to refrain from insults, but you are more than deserving of such. UNDER LAW, A PERSON IS INNOCENT UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY. Sunshine, I do not see Layton being pronounced guilty by any credible source except for your myopic bullshit.
"2. You're the one keeping this going."
Very well. THIS DEBATE HAS ENDED. LAW 1, THEORIES 0.

Saying that you've spoken all the 'factual' necessities attributed to this incident doesn't mean that you have.
1. Under law, Jack Layton wasn't charged. Not charged doesn't automatically mean not guilty. (ie - if you jaywalk and the cop lets you off with a warning, that doesn't mean that you didn't jaywalk. It means the cop didn't charge you ). If you have a problem with Canadian reality just keep your head buried up your Canadian ass.
2. You're the one keeping this going.

@westeightyone " I didn't know that Jack Layton was being 'massaged' in a shower in HIS bathroom. "
Just stop. Your conspiracy theories are as grand as those of an Illuminati/Freemason New World Order. I have already spoken all the factual necessities attributed to this overblown incident.
1. Under law, Jack Layton is innocent. If you have a problem with Canadian law, go take it up with the Supreme Court.
2. This is a mere smear campaign. Nothing more. Canadians are already forgetting it.
@westeightyone I heard it was missing the seat.

Considering the fact that Jack Layton was leading the charge to ban lap dancing and get rid of VIP rooms in strip bars in Toronto back in the 90s that's not likely to happen. Jack didn't take his clothes off on behalf of canadian men who don't have a wife or a girlfriend. If you think sex is the ONLY freedom that you have in this society you're a prisoner of your own mind. It would take a lot more than a new Prime Minister to set you free.
