@thechucker44 I wouldn't let age put you off. Last year I bought a 20 year old GS500 and it was one of the cleanest and smoothest bikes I ever had. It was also very reliable and did 500 mile round trip in a weekend. In 1998 I bought a five year old bike and it was the worst bike I ever had, but the newest I had ever bought. It had never been cleaned and had been abused. Many people have this single idea of age and believe newer is always better, but it isn't. Don't worry if it's 14 years old.

@jms9618 How long have you had it? I am thinking about buying one that is for sale near me..afraid to buy a 14 year old bike though. Had a CBR 1000f 20 years ago...hope it rides similar.
