I meant that by allowing people like this woman - who have no academic, intellectual basis to any of their arguments - to appear on television spouting their views on important issues such as gay rights, is a complete insult to the intellectual and moral relevance of these issues. By allowing this woman on television, America promotes her (totally invalid, unjustifiable) viewpoint. Whether they like it or not.
