Ha, Ha are you kidding me?? I have never seen girls have problems starting a conversation. ANY girl, can come up and say something half or barely witty and the guy will reciprocate. The difference in the social dynamics is that girls naturally put their guards up if approached in a club or bar situation (it's common knowledge) guys are not as guarded and welcome that sort of straight forwardness.
