Well, folks, it is time to take a look at another great event involving Veterans. On Saturday August 14, 2010 at Echo Point Park in Woodridge, Illinois, The Woodridge Veterans of Foreign Wars Memorial Post 1578 was putting on it's annual Summer Picnic. It was a day of fun for Woodridge VFW members and their friends and family. The day included a yummy bbq cook-out with a variety of trimmings, as well as raffles, music, and bag bags. Illinois State Representative Patti Bellock joined in on the fun as well. Thanks to Patti for her supports of Veterans. So a fun time was had by all.
