Machined Nitrous Oxide Dispenser, also known as a Nang

A friend of mine is an apprentice toolmaker, and this is the sort of shit he does at trade school (which he attends one day a week).

He's made it to suit the nitrous canisters that are in commercial whipped cream dispensers for coffee shops and things like that.

So you can chuck a balloon on the end of it, tighten the dispenser until the hollow pin pierces the canister, releasing the nitrous into the balloon. Then, well, you get yourself high. Briefly.
