This is Continental Airlines landing in Belize, Central America coming from Houston Bush Airport in Houston, TX. This is an unusual landing because usually in this airport, the planes land coming from the South and takeoff heading towards the North. Here the plane lands coming from the North. It was a nice surprise. I got to see all of Belize City. I zoomed into it. U can see the old buildings and the poor houses. U can also see the Islands on the Caribbean Sea. San Pedro is one of the Islands. We flew over it. Belize is all jungle. All tropical. This aircraft is a Boeing 737-700.
Beautiful, also see " Llegando a PR" and " Vision of PR" or " Metropolis del Caribe" on this same channel.

holy shit thats a lot of flaps they've selected... not a surprise though as it is a shorter runway than most airports 737's fly out of.

That was beautiful. I see that rwy 25 was long enough that the pilots used idle reverse.

nice video. the good RWY 25 approach into Belize City. Man when I lived there for two years it was such a neat experienced. never failed, Continental 738. love that plane. I noticed this was film after the runway expansion. before you really felt the plane reverse thrust and break!
