what kind of receiver is powering these? i just ordered some cf-70s, cc-10 center and esw-c10 sub. i know i need some serious wattage to power them properly so I am trying to make a decision on a receiver.

@ed0985587 It's whatever receiver that came with the Onkyo HT-S6200 home theater in a box set. I bought that set thinking I'd be set, but after a while, I wanted better speakers, so I replaced them all and still use the same receiver.

If I were you I would have the cc-10 instead of cc-5 with those large cf 70's since the majority of your sound comes from the center speaker during movies you dont want the cf 70's over powering the center channel. Also for rears I would get the CB 10's not the CB5's.... save the money and go big, it will be worth it.

i got the cf-70's on sale at bestbuy and paired it with the cc-5 and cb-5 speakers do you think the 5's will be ok with my setup
