  • Thanks for posting this, Artsake! I bought EE Ticket when I lived in S. Cal. and always wanted to see "Slaughter" performed but never did. Now I live on the East coast so seeing Marc live probably wont happen. Needless to say this video was a real treat for me!

Any idea what his rig was for this?

  • I believe at the time he was using a Yamaha T-100 designed by Mike Soldano.

  • I agree he's definitely underrated as a player. He put out some recent work with Chicago and he can shred but play with restraint when needed. Not like those other guys that have to overplay (steve vai yuk)

  • Marc's work on the new Keith Emerson Band album is fantastic. Hell of a nice guy too!

  • @blindmellonchittlen The Bass Player is Dave Moreno

  • @blndrckr The Bass Player is Dave Moreno

  • just found out about this guy a few weeks ago, my unrefined music pallette tells me this is the best guitar player in the world

  • gotta be mike keneally right?

  • @whoopadoopa Yngwie is probably the worst when it comes to over-playing--far worse than Vai in that regard.

  • mike keneally nice!

  • Nice. I wasn't really feelin' it until 3 minutes into it where the song took its turn, then it got jazzy. He's a good guitarist, but needs more wah for me.

  • Never mind and no matter. It iis a A+.

  • Sounds more like jeff beck

  • I remember my dad playing EE ticket on the cassete player in the car when I was just a little guy, maybe 4 or 5 years old. They definately changed my life. Does anyone remember the name of the album with the song entitled rodeo with the really fast base guitar. Classic.
