  • Mark your my fucking hero, me (with a dead rotator cuff) and my friend( suffering from a pec tear when pressing the 180's dumbells) Just got your slingshot, and its AMAZING how it works. We can bench again without any shoulder pain AT ALL, so next step is a bench suit :)

  • One of my fave power lifters

  • works amazingly, i got mine today. Amazing how i can push 40 pounds more almost.

  • @vulk9317 It would probably be difficult to keep your motion smooth, because the sling will pull your arms together. With a barbell (or pushups) your hands are kept in one place, but with dumbbells there's too much room for motion. I've never used the sling shot, and this is purely and assumption, but that's the way I see it going.

  • Just got one I'm a raw lifter and my 1RM is between 260 and 270 without the slingshot with it today did 3 work set of 10 with 265 thing is amazing!!! One thing tho must have very strong tri s when using the slingshot cause it will over load the shit outta them ! Worth every penny !

  • can this product be used for the flat dumbbell press too?

  • Smelly is the man!

  • It does work ! just got mine today and it increased my bench from 225 to 255.

  • Just picked one up online. Will post a video while using the sling and will be explaning my experiencse with it and will be advising wether or not worth buying.

  • Bought, received on, and started training with it 5 weeks ago.

This stuff needs a bit training to get used to it, but it REALLY overload your body, allowing more reps with heavier weights, while reducing injuries.

It does not do everything, though : you HAVE to work if you use it. Work hard, work seriously with it, and it will highly reward you :)
