this is a video for a bb 4.5OS it is a custom application for the trackball to match crimson red and a light green keypad color trick which is not a permininent thing it can be changed to stock color or any other this not your average blackberry any more a rock'n blackberry now

just get a small strip of scotch tape fold it over stick side to stick side then pick a nail polish color from any rite or female you know paint the strip let dry then do it really then coats I used two let it dry completely don't rush I waited a few hours no blow drying as it blows polish to a. Corner . Once it dry cut to fit in the small circuit board area exposed under track ball it can be that bigg just real thin then put back together the ball in proper area n snap close and that it
