Very nice RETRO LOOK visuals
A real feel for 1968-1975 - How did you determine the exposure settings? Who develops the film? I am a NIKON guy but am now collecting BOLEX and may run some footage through someday. Thanks

@muzboz you look directly through the lens with the reflex viewfinder. But you have to be pretty careful not to leak light all over the footage, because it's extremely easy with the bolex.

On the REX 4, Can you look directly through the filming lens, while running film? Or do you have to look through the left hand side viewfinder?

What parts of Toronto did you shot in? I got a spring-motor camera recently but haven't got to give it a real test reel yet. The motor sounds normal at least.
Does the Bolex Rex4 adaptable with crystal-sync motors? Or is it an older model which can't allow that?

Gotta love them Bolex!
can you do any overcranking with a bolex?

You can indeed, with interesting results.

Did you super 16 your rex 4? This looks wide for 16mm. Nice movie, well focused and exposed.

Thanks, although I think it's terribly foxused and exposed now! :) No, I just cropped it in Final Cut, my Rex 4 is still regulard 16mm.

The music is Wasn't Born to Follow by The Byrds. It's on the Easy Rider soundtrack.
