SUNSET BEACH HD "Waydes World Hawaii"

We left for Sunset Beach on the North Shore and we took the most scenic and beautiful way. The East Side Cruz. Starting from Hanauma Bay and working our way along the coast until we reach the Kalanianaole Highway that intersects Kailua and work our way to Kamehameha Highway continuing our journey along the coast to the North Shore. Our final destination, Pupukea and Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach is two miles of golden sand and waves. In the Winter the Waves can be deadly so please watch yourself and pay attention to all POSTED SIGNS! In the Summer however, the ocean and waves are flat and calm and can be a pretty good place to snorkel. Sunset Beach naturally has some of the most beautiful sunset on Hawaii and is defined by it's single HANGING PALM TREE over the beach. This PALM is over 100 years old so please respect it....NEVER EVER...CLIMB IT! O how I wouldn't want to imagine you bringing down an ICON in front of all the locals...There is plenty of FREE parking right in front of the beach right off the street and in front of the beach walk and bike path. Sunset beach is famous for many reasons, the incredible surf in the winter, the beautiful calm blue clarity of the water in summer and the amazing sunsets all year. I continue to wake up every day with being blessed to be able to visit such places as Sunset Beach, the memories here will last me beyond my grave. The Sunsets are breath taking and in those warm spiritual moments one can't help but dream. For those who vacation here, visiting this beach and sharing a sunset together will be a life long memory. For someone like me who is blessed to have the chance to see a sunset here everyday, it brings me back to when all this was only a dream and not my reality. It brings me back to all the passion and desire I had when I first wanted to be a permanent part of these islands. It reminds me of why I fought so hard and so long to have such a privilege to be able to awake in such a wondrous and amazing place everyday, my Hawai'i Nei.
