Working on strength/power triplet today of - glute ham raises, weighted chin ups and box jumps. Video shows the last set of max weight chin ups (2 15kg yellow plates, 2 10kg green plates and a 5kg plate).
You have a lot of experience so im hoping you can help me, how come i can never feel squats in hamstrings or my arse. To be honest the most i felt my hamstrings was playing football, what about you?
