MOM ON TOM CRUISE

It upsets me terribly what Mom has said about Tom Cruise on YOUTUBE, so I dug up this interview to reveal my take. I apologize to Tom, as I understand the internet videos have been hurtful to him. By: Jill Abrams.

PS. I can't believe this will be an unpopular thing to say, but I (Jill) love both Tom's personality and dramatic movie career. I may be the only one who LOVED when he jumped on Oprah's sofa. I would totally have done that for my wife. Even if he was acting and he's a big ol' gayboy, I love his PASSION, he's hot in underwear, and unlike Mom he just really appeals to me. Voila.

I completely agree with your mother, I have always thought that Tom Cruise is creepy, he has tried to master the art of being 'the perfect person' and there is something so totally contrived and insincere about him. I think that your mother is an exceptionally astute, instinctive, intuitive woman and a very good judge of character. Tom's creepines does not come from his alleged closeted homosexuality but from his own preoccupation with trying to be all things to all people.He epitomises 'uncool'

I've read this stuff about Tom feeling hurt by spoofs and parodies of him? We give him endless money, stardom, now we should feel sorry for him too. Follow rules of eitquette around dealing with him. I'm sorry but you do have to live with things such as rumours and spoofs when you have achieved what he has, that's part of the price of being a celebrity. He can't QUITE have it all.

I agree with your mom.Once upon a time both Tom and John had my attention and respect,especially John cause his diversity in acting,I always thought of him as intense.But as time went on for both of them,idk,something s changed about them where I don't feel the same anymore.Don't get me wrong I'm glad there still in movies doing their thing,but I don't rush to see them anymore.Some people can pick up on others true vibe a lot easier than others whether they know them or not.
